Breakfast Pizza

It might not strictly be pizza, but it certainly makes a hearty breakfast according to our Design Director, Alix.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage (removed from casings)
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 2 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
- In a skillet cook sausage until brown, drain of excess fat
- Roll out puff pastry dough onto a baking sheet. Crimp edges to form a crust (to prevent the egg from running out later on)
- Spoon sausage over puff pastry
- Sprinkle with potatoes
- Top with cheddar cheese
- In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour onto puff pastry very slowly, making sure none of it runs over the edges
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top
- Bake in a 375ºF oven for 25–30 min
